By creating an account or accessing SOCIAL at https://svpn.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and the operators of SOCIAL.
You must be at least 18 years old to use SOCIAL. By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement. Accounts found to belong to minors will be terminated.
SOCIAL is invite-only during beta. A valid invite code is required to register.
You may hold one account. Provide accurate information at signup and keep it current. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your password secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Usernames are not transferable. We reserve the right to reclaim usernames that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for an extended period.
Access to SOCIAL requires a paid subscription at $13.37 per month, billed through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
We do not store your payment card details. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc., subject to the Stripe Privacy Policy.
We do not offer refunds for partial months. If your payment fails, access is suspended until payment is resolved.
You retain ownership of any content you post. By posting, you grant SOCIAL a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, and distribute that content solely to provide the service to you and other members.
Posts are ephemeral by design and expire automatically 13 hours and 37 minutes after creation. Expired content is no longer displayed and may be permanently deleted. You should not rely on the service as a permanent archive of your content.
You are solely responsible for your content. Do not post content you do not have the right to share.

We reserve the right to remove content, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
Accounts that are inactive for more than 1,337 hours may enter a staged deletion flow and be permanently removed. You will receive a notification before final deletion if a valid email address is on file.
You may delete your account at any time from the settings page. Deletion is irreversible. Subscription cancellation and account deletion are separate actions.
SOCIAL is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, data preservation beyond the stated expiry windows, or fitness for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators of SOCIAL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If the changes are material we will notify you via the email address on your account. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States to the extent applicable. Disputes shall be resolved in good faith before any formal proceedings.
